Filter Warranties

Our filters are warranted to be free from defect in original material and workmanship. All other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty that the goods are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose is hereby excluded. Defective goods may be returned to us as specified in the “Return Goods” section below.

Returned Goods

To be eligible for credit on returned goods, the customer must comply with the following requirements:

Written authorization to return any materials must be obtained through our Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns will be automatically refused.

Returned goods must be received in boxes that are clearly marked with a valid RMA number or they will be refused.

Goods are eligible to return for a period of up to 30-days from date of purchase.

All materials to be returned must be listed in current price list and in resalable condition. Custom, obsolete and discontinued merchandise may not be returned.

Returned goods must be shipped prepaid and/or in accordance with specific instructions issued at the time of return authorization.

Returned goods are subject to a 35% charge to cover the cost of inspection, retesting, repackaging, handling and restocking fees. Reconditioning cost costs if any will be extra.

The right is reserved to issue credit on returned goods at the purchase price or current price; whichever is lower.
